Fees

Enrolment Fee:

 

• There is a $20 Enrolment fee per child on first Enrolling.

• There is a $20 Annual Admin Fee per Invoice.

 

Term Fees:

• $12.50 per 1/2 hour lesson   (GST will be added on invoice)                        

• $13.75 per 3/4 hour lesson   (GST will be added on invoice)                         

• $14.75 per 1 hour lesson  (GST will be added on invoice)

Fee Details:

• Once enrolled for 2025, families will be set up with an online portal where they can easily manage their enrolment and class invoices. They will also be asked to enter their card details for payments to be made via direct debit. This can also be updated at any time.

• Term Fees will be Direct Debited at the beginning of each term. Please ensure your email address is up to date. - If you would like to organise more frequent payments (fortnightly or monthly) please contact via email.

• Payments will be processed automatically on the due date of each billing period or whenever an account is overdue. The Auto Pay system will initiate a payment attempt every 24 hours until the outstanding charge is successfully paid.

• If your invoice totals 4 or more classes per week, you will receive a 10% discount.

• If your invoice totals 6 or more classes per week, you will receive a 15% discount.

• Encore does not offer refunds for change of mind in enrolments. If students withdraw from a class before the end of the term, no refund will be made for withdrawn classes.
